FAQs to Event Location

First, read through the FAQs to see if Think Space fits your needs. If it still sounds like the right place for you, schedule a meeting with us to get to know the space. We’ll give you a detailed tour, and you can decide whether you want to stay for a free trial day right away or book another day to try working here. Just use our enquiry form or contact us by phone.
Contact us to arrange a trial day at Think Space. If you decide that Think Space is , as expected, the right office for you, you will not be charged for the day. However, if you decide against a membership at Think Space, you will be charged €19.00 plus VAT for the day. The amount will be charged in advance and credited to your first membership invoice.

We offer two pricing models:

  • Fixed Desk: You choose a desk and it will be permanently reserved for you. You can bring monitors and anything else you need for your workspace. The membership costs €200.00 / month plus VAT.

  • Flexi-Desk: You come whenever you like and bring your laptop. Choose any available seat and enjoy all the benefits of the office. When you leave, the desk must be clean and tidy. The membership costs €150.00 / month plus VAT.

If you need more space or want to use the logistics area, we’ll find an individual solution that works for everyone.

We don’t believe in complicated contracts. For us, the monthly invoice is completely sufficient as a contract. The invoice is automatically sent by email on the 1st of every month. You have 7 days to pay it, or you can set up a standing order to make it easier.
No! You can cancel at any time until the end of the month.
Yes, you can start anytime! The month in which you begin will be billed on a pro-rata basis.
Are you only in Berlin briefly and need a desk for a day or two? Since we don’t have an office manager, we generally unfortunately cannot offer this option.
The simple rule here is CONSIDERATION. Think Space is designed for people who want to work quietly and with focus. Of course, everyone needs to make phone calls or join a Zoom meeting from time to time. But for people who need to make many calls or for sales reps who are on the phone a lot, Think Space is not suitable.
We do not have an office manager. Benjamin is responsible for the space; he is usually reachable but cannot always be in the office. Therefore, we ask everyone to bring a sense of responsibility.
We offer around 14 desks. On a typical weekday, between 4 and 8 people come to the office.
Yes, Think Space is cleaned for about 3 hours on Saturdays or Sundays by Nancy.

Yes, occasionally Laika comes to the office. Laika is a Lagotto female, friendly, happy to be around people, and sometimes enjoys getting attention from coworkers. She doesn’t shed hair, so she’s not an issue for allergy sufferers.

Other pets unfortunately cannot be brought into the office.
The more members we have, the more needs we have to accommodate. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy coming to Think Space to work. With common sense, respect, and consideration for others, this is absolutely possible.
Absolutely. We don’t offer any catering ourselves, so you are completely free to decide whether you want to cook on your own or hire a catering company for your event.
Yes. Stadtgut Buch offers plenty of safe parking spaces for your guests’ cars. There is also enough room for buses to drop guests directly at the event location. The bus can park safely and out of sight on the premises while waiting for your guests to depart.
Essentially “open end.” If your celebration takes place on a Friday or Saturday, you can celebrate until the early hours of the morning. The following day, we'll meet at 10 a.m. (negotiable depending on occupancy) for the handover.
If your music is loud, all doors and windows must remain closed after 10 p.m. We also ask that you turn the volume down after midnight to a level where you can still celebrate but won’t disturb nearby residents.
A good rule of thumb: the music should be at a volume where people can still talk indoors in a “normal” voice. With common sense and consideration, you and our neighbors will have a wonderful evening.
No, smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
The main entrance to the event space is not barrier-free. However, the space can be reached at ground level through our storage area. Inside, everything is on one level, with only a small step leading down to the terrace. The restroom is also on one level but is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Because needs vary from event to event, we do not provide sound or lighting equipment. The event space is only equipped with a Denon amplifier and two Canton stereo speakers. For everything else related to sound and lighting, you or your DJ will need to make arrangements.
