In 2013, I moved my wholesale and online business for reclaimed-wood picture frames to Stadtgut Buch. Friends from the area would regularly stop by to spend a few quiet, focused hours working in my office — away from kids’ toys and washing machines.

In 2018, I converted part of my office into a small coworking space. The demand in Buch kept growing, and since 2021 we’ve been dedicating more and more space to the coworking community.

Today, a diverse mix of people work here — from graphic design and public relations to software development and renewable energy.
What’s especially rewarding is that these synergies not only lead to friendships, but regularly to business collaborations as well.
